 The venue hire fee covers use of the Johnston Suite, (a total of 3 rooms), the Baroque Chapel and the Great Hall and hire of the stage, podium, coat-racks, tables and chairs only. We will also supply additional personnel.
Please note that there is an additional charge for a set up or dismantling day.
The hire of our in-house stage is included in the venue hire fee. This stage is both mobile and adjustable. It contains 12 pieces at a height of 30 inches and each piece is 8 ft x 4 ft in dimension.
A dance floor, 18 ft x 20 ft is also available to hire. This dance floor is placed on top of the red carpet in the Great Hall; the red carpet itself is never lifted. In the Baroque Chapel, guests may choose between dancing on the Liscannor Slates or providing the dance floor.

Partial or full blackout of all the windows in the Great Hall and Baroque Chapel can also be arranged..
Insurance cover must be in place for the event and the indemnity cover must be up to a limit of 6.3 million Euros.
We have ample free car parking on site with a capacity of approximately 400 plus cars.
The numbers permitted in the relevant rooms being used for the listed events are based on the total squared metre areas of the floor space available. Where lecterns, podiums, bars, buffet tables etc are to be installed the space occupied by the apparatus is to be measured and the occupancy capacity to be reassessed accordingly. No fire exits, emergency passageways or staircases can be obstructed to accommodate any event.
